We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking an experienced English Curriculum Lead to join our Middle Management Team at Queensbury, a large Secondary Special School with a satellite 6th Form Centre in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality English curriculum programs and inspiring students to achieve their maximum potential.

The RoleThis is a pivotal role within our school community, requiring an aspirational leader who can drive ongoing improvements in the English curriculum across KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inspirational programs of study, inspiring young people to achieve their maximum potential, and having a deep understanding of the challenges they face.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, a proven successful track record, and genuine enthusiasm to work with our students. They will thrive on challenge to attain positive outcomes and contribute to our committed, hardworking team.
Benefits- A competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience
