About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals struggling with substance dependency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with complex needs through a 12-step program, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for their recovery.
  • Liaise with other professionals and members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement interventions to promote the health and well-being of clients.
  • Conduct initial health assessments, including mental health and substance misuse history, to inform care planning.
Requirements
  • Nurse qualification and relevant experience in mental health and substance misuse.
  • Knowledge of health issues related to substance misuse and experience with key working and care planning.
