Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Community Perinatal Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Specialist Perinatal Community Mental Health Service. The successful candidate will work within the Perinatal Team West, providing support and treatment to women experiencing moderate to severe mental illness during the perinatal period.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong clinical leadership and expertise to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Manage a caseload and conduct regular follow-up and assessment clinics.
  • Work closely with the medical team to ensure effective patient flow and discharge management.
  • Build strong links with primary care colleagues and secondary care services to ensure effective pathways are in place.
  • Provide training relating to perinatal mental health for other disciplines.
