**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team at Omega. As a key member of the commercial department, you will be responsible for leading the commercial tender process and managing cross-functional co-ordination of stakeholders in bid process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contracts terms and conditions, including FIDIC and other forms of international contract, and be able to provide full commercial, contractual, and business development support to our operating business.

Main Duties:

  • Partner with relevant departments and stakeholders to lead and drive high quality technical and commercial offers, resulting in accurate and winning bids.
  • Responsible for the full detailed review of client tender enquiry requirements, presentations, and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will be able to contribute positively to this role within a few weeks, be self-motivated and willing to learn and develop in the role.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated or equivalent experienced professional preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

**Estimated Salary:** £55K - £65K per annum.
