SEN Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an SEN Education Assistant. This role will involve working with students who have complex needs, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced SEN environment. As an SEN Education Assistant, you will work closely with pupils, supporting their daily lives and education through engaging and innovative approaches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing 1:1 support to students with complex needs
- Supporting classroom activities and contributing to lesson planning
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement personalized educational plans
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we provide a range of benefits, including CPD opportunities, pizza and bowling nights, well-being sessions, and ECT support networks.
