We are currently recruiting for a talented SEN Education Assistant to join our client's complex needs team in Swindon. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to pupils aged 11-18 years old, enabling them to reach their full potential. Our client's SEN school prioritizes delivering high-quality education and care, striving to create a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

In this role, you will be part of a highly dedicated and skilled team that consistently delivers outstanding results. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of £36,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience, with a minimum daily rate of £100. Full-time hours (9:30am - 3:30pm) ensure a stable work-life balance.

To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate a deep understanding of the SEN curriculum and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students who require additional support. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to safeguarding are also essential.

  • A minimum of two professional child-related references covering the last two years is mandatory.
  • Candidates with a DBS certificate registered on the online update service will be preferred.
