Job Title: Accounts & Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Provide administrative support for sales activities, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Verify sales orders against rates and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor the sales operations email inbox, responding to queries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to validate, maintain, and cleanse data.
  • Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
