Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the Registered Manager and assist with all aspects of HR functions in our Nursing Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR administrative support to the Registered Manager and other team members
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and time-off requests
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administration experience is essential
  • Experience with the Health and Social Care employment sector is highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of NI/UK employment procedures and practices
  • Proficient with Office365 business apps and SharePoint environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
