Job Overview

Fulton Hogan is seeking a skilled Traffic Management Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and general administration for our Traffic Management Department Manager and her team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing, including previous scheduling experience
  • General office duties and administration, including memo's, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Answering incoming calls and invoicing as required
  • Site visits, with full training provided for this part of the role
  • Other duties as reasonably requested and availability to be on call when required

Requirements

  • Experienced administration skills and experience with Microsoft software
  • Clear communication, ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and accurately
  • Experience in Traffic Management is an advantage
