Clinical Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to join our team at CVS Group Plc. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring that clinical standards are in line with the RCVS code of conduct and CVS clinical governance standards.

Your Role:
  • Provide management and leadership to both clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Work in conjunction to ensure clinical standards are in line with the RCVS code of conduct and CVS clinical governance standards
  • Work in partnership with the Vets and Nurses to optimise service to clients and patients in order to develop the business
  • Work with the Regional Director to monitor and control the financial performance and budget of the practice
Rota:

We are ideally looking for a full-time Vet to work 40 hours per week, but we appreciate that for some candidates, part-time options may work better for commitments outside of work. We are very understanding of work-life balance and are strict and supportive of ensuring allocated breaks are taken.
