Transform Your Career as a Clinical Director
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to lead our veterinary practice in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing management and leadership to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring clinical standards are in line with the RCVS code of conduct and CVS clinical governance standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the clinical team, driving the practice forward clinically and commercially.
- Work in partnership with the Vets and Nurses to optimise service to clients and patients, developing the business.
- Monitor and control the financial performance and budget of the practice, working closely with the Regional Director.
