Job Summary:

Clinical Director - Senior Leadership Role

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at CVS Group Plc. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring that clinical standards are in line with the RCVS code of conduct and CVS clinical governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and leadership to both clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Work in conjunction to ensure clinical standards are in line with the RCVS code of conduct and CVS clinical governance standards
  • Work in partnership with the Vets and Nurses to optimise service to clients and patients in order to develop the business
  • Work with the Regional Director to monitor and control the financial performance and budget of the practice

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical governance knowledge
  • Experience in a similar role
