Job Title: Telephone Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telephone Account Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our intermediary partners, promoting the benefits of Aviva's protection insurance products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediary partners to promote Aviva's protection insurance products
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and drive business results
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of delivering results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
