Commercial Finance Lead for EMEA International Sales

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with Sales and operations teams, analyzing business performance, communicating financial results, running financial models, and evaluating business opportunities. You will drive financial controllership and compliance to internal policies, while innovating to improve our finance tools and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and execute a vision to measure investments across the Commercial sector, driving growth and engagement.
  2. Partner with business teams to implement new processes (controllership) and enhance existing ones, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  3. Develop and own key reporting metrics (KPIs) and narratives to inform business partners about areas of growth and opportunity.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • Proven experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
  • Background in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or CPA certification.
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in large-scale data mining and reporting tools, such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos, and other financial systems like Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards.
