Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Financial Controller to join our finance leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial reporting elements for our EMEA entities and branches.

The role involves:

  • Managing a team of finance professionals and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for our EMEA entities and branches.
  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including intercompany transactions, regulatory reporting, and payroll processing.
  • Establishing and maintaining internal control frameworks to mitigate risks and optimize efficiency.
  • Driving initiatives to automate and streamline accounting processes.
  • Collaborating with our global finance team to ensure consistent and compliant financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications and extensive experience in managing European or US accounting operations. A strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
