Membership Officer

About the Role
Membership Bespoke is seeking a highly skilled Membership Officer to join our team. As a key member of our membership team, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline membership application processes and deliver exceptional welcome experiences for new members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage the membership email inbox, ensuring comprehensive information is provided and record-keeping accuracy.
- Support membership recruitment campaigns and provide administrative assistance to staff.
- Process membership payments and create reports to aid key membership functions.
- Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry.
