About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Lead to support our medical device client's growth in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets, utilizing market knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Lead and oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers, establishing trust and credibility for our brand.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in selling hip/knee reconstruction products, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Salary Range

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
