Job Overview:
New Chapter Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Executive to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving availability and secondary placements of a leading brand in the soft drinks industry.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in FMCG sales or retail buying, with a proven track record of achieving targets. You will be responsible for prioritizing and managing coverage of key accounts and stores to maximize growth opportunities within your territory. This includes establishing effective joint working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as planning, forecasting, tracking, and reviewing sales performance and targets for all groups and stores.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 20 regional grocery groups with influence over 500 stores with major retailers
* Prioritize and manage coverage of key accounts and stores to maximize growth opportunities
* Establish effective joint working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Work closely with field sales agency sales representatives to align store priorities to support regional agreements
* Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and targets for all groups and stores
* Maintain and increase availability of brand at both front-of-store (chilled) and back-of-store (ambient)
