Azure Technical Support Specialist

Are you a skilled technologist with advanced problem-solving and communication skills looking to progress your career in a dynamic and supportive team environment?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Epsom. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide expert support to end-users, resolving complex incidents and processes related to IT and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and ticketing system
- Assist 1st and 2nd line engineers in escalated incidents
- Administer and maintain the corporate estate, including workstations, O365, SaaS applications, and Azure
- Participate in project-based work, security patching, and mentoring
About You:
- Experience working in a service desk environment in a 3rd line support function
- Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, Windows, O365
- Good understanding of Azure, Virtualisation, and VMWare
- Scripting experience using Bash or PowerShell
- System administration and networking experience
- Experience in an ITIL driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
