Technical Support Engineer (3rd line Windows O365 Azure)

Are you a skilled technologist with advanced problem-solving and communication skills looking to progress your career in a dynamic and supportive team environment?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Epsom. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide expert support to end-users, resolving complex incidents and processes related to IT and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and ticketing system
  • Assist 1st and 2nd line engineers in escalated incidents
  • Administer and maintain the corporate estate, including workstations, O365, SaaS applications, and Azure
  • Participate in project-based work, security patching, and mentoring

About You:

  • Experience working in a service desk environment in a 3rd line support function
  • Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, Windows, O365
  • Good understanding of Azure, Virtualisation, and VMWare
  • Scripting experience using Bash or PowerShell
  • System administration and networking experience
  • Experience in an ITIL driven environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
