Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of UK Investment

The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative tasks associated with owning and managing a substantial portfolio of properties. This will include:

  • Coordinating with the Head of UK Investment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as correspondence, reports, and data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or real estate industry

Desirable Skills and Experience

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Knowledge of property management software and systems
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
