Location: Shirley
Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £65,000
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for leading our Lettings Branch in Shirley and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Performance: Report on branch performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and monitor employees within the branch to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and follow-up
- Lead Generation: Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies
Requirements:
- Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the property industry
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
- Technology Skills: Proficient with technology and able to use software applications to manage branch performance
