About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for leading our branch in Shirley and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze branch performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and lettings.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and monitor employees within the branch to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase sales and lettings.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the property sales and lettings industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
