Job Title: Lettings Branch Manager

Location: Shirley

Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £65,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for leading our Lettings Branch in Shirley and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Performance: Report on branch performance and implement strategies to improve results
  • Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and monitor employees within the branch to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees as needed to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and follow-up
  • Lead Generation: Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies

Requirements:

  • Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the property industry
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
  • Technology Skills: Proficient with technology and able to use software and systems to manage branch performance
