Location: Shirley

Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £65,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for leading our Lettings Branch in Shirley and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key areas for improvement and success.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and monitor employees within the branch, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the property industry.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
  • Lead Generation: Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up on all leads that come into the branch, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Staff Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to excel in their roles.
  • Third-Party Services: Promote all third-party services to clients at every opportunity, ensuring maximum revenue growth.
  • Staff Wellbeing: Promote and maintain the wellbeing of all staff members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards.
