About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Telecommunications Sales Executive to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling services to businesses within the construction and civil engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of B2B telesales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales development and customer engagement. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible start and finish times, private healthcare, team-building events, and a quarterly bonus scheme.
