Job Overview
We are now looking for an experienced Telecoms Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can effectively communicate with customers, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing UK customer database via telephone, updating information, and developing customer/SITECH relationship. They will also lead generation and prospect verification – appointment making, if applicable, for field sales managers. Active promotion of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events will be required, along with effective maintenance relating to call cycles, planning repeat calls to accommodate customer requirements. Furthermore, they will promote all aspects of SITECH technology, warranties, customer service agreements, etc., become the customer's Account Manager; suggest SITECH support services relevant to their needs and assist personally where possible.

Requirements
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and soft skills, including sales orientated mindset, experience within a sales environment, telephone experience, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office, and the capacity to learn new systems are also essential. A professional telephone manner and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
