Key Account Development Manager

About the Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who can drive growth through account management and new business development. As a Key Account Development Manager, you will work closely with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our presence within the target markets. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, or Dudley, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary of £50,000, plus a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the manufacturing sector. A mechanical engineering qualification or technical apprenticeship, combined with experience in CNC machining or programming machines, will be highly beneficial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a winning mentality, are essential for this position.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 + bonus + quality car, pension + healthcare
