About the Role:

The CX Manager will be responsible for managing a team of CX analysts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This includes conducting quality assurance, monitoring and improving team performance, and providing regular reports on project progress.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience conducting QA in a contact centre environment.
