Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on analyses produced by Customer Experience Analysts to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality and productivity of Customer Experience Analysts.
  • Verify and approve timesheets submitted by Customer Experience Analysts.
  • Respond promptly to queries from Customer Experience Analysts.
  • Provide regular progress reports on projects and analyst performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new Customer Experience Analysts to support business growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Proven experience in conducting QA in contact centre environments.

Salary Information:

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
