3D Project Director

Job Overview
Tate seeks an experienced 3D Project Director to oversee the management of project resources, finances, and procurement to deliver projects within agreed timescales. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project resources, finances, and procurement to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Analyze project data and create management reports to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Work independently with minimal supervision and flexible working patterns required

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the arts or cultural sector
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience of tender application processes is desirable

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
