Hawk Brown Recruitment seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager in their expanding business based in the Southampton region.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills to lead a team of analysts and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts to achieve seamless task execution and project delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks on analyses produced by Customer Experience Analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Improve the quality and productivity of Customer Experience Analysts through guidance and development.
- Verify and approve timesheets submitted by Customer Experience Analysts.
- Respond promptly to queries from Customer Experience Analysts.
- Prepare regular progress reports on projects and analyst performance.
- Develop and recruit new Customer Experience Analysts to support business expansion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in conducting QA in contact centre environments.
Annual Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000.
