As the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will span three main domains:
**1. Leadership**:

- Act as a strategic partner to our Co-Founders for key operational decisions.
- Oversee multiple projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders to manage performance and results.
- Evaluate and optimize resources, tools, and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth end-to-end process for our customers.

**2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee go-to-market strategies, ensuring sales targets are met and helping to identify and onboard early adopters to achieve product-market fit.
- Establish and manage partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, and managed service providers.
- Liaise with partners and engineering teams to bring our product to market.
- Actively participate in creating and executing an operational roadmap (including sales, hiring, and engineering processes) that ensures operational excellence, business continuity, and customer/employee satisfaction.

**3. Customer Success**:

- Lead our Customer Success team, ensuring clear and consistent communication with our customers.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve response times, resolve customer issues efficiently, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a feedback loop for our product and engineering teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing pain points.
- Analyze weekly reporting to identify ways to improve key metrics, including customer satisfaction rate.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in leading a high-urgency operational team within the software industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational management, deep tech, and enterprise software development.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex operational challenges.
- A talent for identifying high-potential individuals early in their careers.
- An ability to communicate complex operational concepts clearly.
