The Senior Growth Lead position at CAVU is a key role responsible for driving the adoption of our Propel Software as a Service (SaaS) solution across airport sectors. This includes identifying opportunities, establishing client partnerships, and signing up inventory for our SaaS offerings.

This role requires a proven track record of securing new business and partnering with C-suite decision-makers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, achieving sales targets, and establishing our Propel SaaS solution as the preferred choice within the airport sector.

About You:

  • A strong experience in partnership development
  • Knowledge of the travel market, including airports, airlines, and corporate travel trends preferred but not essential
  • Experience in travel / ecommerce / SaaS is preferred but not essential
  • A proven track record of securing new business
  • Experience partnering with C-suit decision makers
  • A dynamic & visionary sales mindset
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving growth through both traditional and digital channels
  • Strong sales and commercial skills with the ability to drive sales at pace
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The Role Offers:
