Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote positive behaviour and provide pastoral support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging activities that promote positive behaviour
  • Providing pastoral support to children when required
  • Supporting the development of children's language and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader in an early childhood education setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
