Senior Land Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Development Specialist to join our team at Robson Forensic. This role requires a strong background in land development and/or site/civil/heavy construction project management, with a focus on investigating and analyzing construction-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze construction-related issues to determine cause and effect
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients
- Provide expert testimony in court and other settings as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in land development and/or site/civil/heavy construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer:
This position comes with a competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
