We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kenneth Brian Associates Limited.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company based in Epsom, providing exceptional customer service and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant systems
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve customer requests and concerns
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone and email
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the team

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
