About the RoleWe are a leading employer in the automotive industry, seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Drive customer satisfaction by providing a courteous and efficient reception experience.
- Manage the relationship between customers and the dealership, ensuring a seamless service process.
- Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers, promoting our range of products and services.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure high standards of quality workmanship and continuous process improvement.
- Administrative experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in a selling/customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- A full driving license, held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'
