Service Advisor

We're looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Trust Ford. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
As a Service Advisor at Trust Ford, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, 33 days' annual leave, and a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, pension scheme, and life assurance.
