We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Check vehicles in and out, liaising with customers to secure future work
- Deal with customers' requirements for service and repair work in a courteous and efficient manner
- Carry out systematic follow-up, up-sell, and prospecting activities to maintain and build service department volume
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and promote additional products and services
- Work closely with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager to achieve departmental goals
- Minimum 12 months' experience in the franchised main dealer world
- Kerridge experience highly beneficial but not essential
- Further training and development opportunities
- Potential career progression within the company
