Job Summary:
- Completing asset recovery tasks across a wide range of portfolios
- Setting up and managing LTPA's (Letter of Authority)
- Involvement in process improvement initiatives
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Requirements:
- Experience in collections or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with IT systems and software
