Debt Recovery Specialist

Company Overview: At Page Personnel Sales, we understand the importance of effective debt recovery in maintaining a healthy business. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive prompt payment from their customers.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
This role involves managing a portfolio of client accounts, communicating with clients, reconciling statements, negotiating repayment plans, and setting up direct debits. You will also be responsible for managing the aged debtor report and reconciliation of data reports. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance manager to produce reports and ad hoc requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the debt recovery process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in dealing with overdue debt
* Current and relevant experience in invoicing
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
