About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Recovery Specialist to join our team at The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our PACU care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients recovering from surgery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in a busy theatre recovery environment
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • RN or ODP level 3 qualification
  • Experience in theatre recovery or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
