Are you an experienced compliance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available for a Compliance and Asset Coordinator to join our team at CV Library in Chester. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring statutory compliance within our organization.

The successful candidate will report into the Senior Cost and Contract Manager and be responsible for managing the interface with Ostara, loading and auditing certification in the Property Management System. You will also monitor and review specialist contractors in relation to agreed KPIs and SLAs, as well as audit and authorize quotations from compliance contractors.

What You'll Do:
  • Report on statutory compliance data using the Ostara database as required.
  • Manage the interface with Ostara, loading and auditing certification in the Property Management System.

  • Audit and authorize quotations from compliance contractors.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days of office work per week at our HQ in Chester. We are looking for a strong property compliance professional with IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
