Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive overall profitability of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
  • Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales
  • Effective management of controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit
  • Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently
  • Drive collective buy-in to national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity
  • A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role
  • Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required
