Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, to drive overall profitability of the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
- Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales
- Effective management of controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit
- Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently
- Drive collective buy-in to national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym
- Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard
Requirements:
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
- A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity
- A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role
- Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required
