Job Overview:

Adele Carr Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. This 6-month role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process high volumes of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure invoices are correctly coded and authorized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the purchase ledger inbox, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting, providing valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
