Adele Carr Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a client seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a 6-month temporary role.
This temporary position will involve managing high volumes of work, requiring an organized individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely recording and processing of supplier invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing high volumes of supplier invoices
- Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and authorized
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records and managing the purchase ledger inbox
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Benefits:
- 1 day WFH per week
- Potential for a permanent role based on performance
