Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team at Regenda Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient Accounts Payable and Receivable ledger service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and vendors.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in the finance department.
- Proven experience in a similar finance-based role, with a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounts payable software packages.
- AAT qualification or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
