We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Liberty Group. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales invoices, processing payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and allocate payments received onto the ledger
  • Assist in setting up new accounts and reconciling client valuations
  • Communicate with clients and internal/external customers to resolve queries
  • Assist with the resolution of aged debt queries
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, with intermediate or above skills in Excel
  • Strong commitment to high-quality customer service and ability to work well within a team
  • Initiative and prioritization skills
