Job Description
  • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline the accounts payable process, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, handling vendor inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documents and information, ensuring compliance and transparency.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should possess:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an accounts payable role, with a strong understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
