National Obstetric Clinical Fellow

NHS Resolution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Obstetrician to join our team as a National Obstetric Clinical Fellow. This is a unique opportunity to work at a national level and contribute to improving outcomes in maternity care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the workload for a region in England, reviewing case files and providing feedback on how to best learn from claims to prevent future harm.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve safety and learning in maternity services.
- Represent NHS Resolution at external meetings with key stakeholders in maternity care.
- Lead on the triage of cases reported into the scheme and work with the EN family liaison and mediation lead and wider team to support the development of the scheme.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
